Well here's the deal

As the manger of your team you may like to know that we are a club in a city called Perth,
It is on the Western side of Australia and is the capital for the state.
The club is located at Moojebing reserve In Bayswater about 5 mins from the airport.
The track is used by all scales ,1/8 and 1/10 scales gas,and 1/10 nitro tourers.
No 1/5th scales have as yet been on the track racing .

We generally  race on Sundays and have just made it 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month weather permitting.
In Western Australia we don't see the need to race in the rain, as our winter is not that long or harsh.
The club has been running  for almost 20 years now enjoying some highs and lows as most clubs do.
The biggest high that the club has had was in1987-88 when we were able to secure some land from the Bayswater shire.
We pay for a lease of land and as a result built what at the time was the best track in Australia.
This was all financed by the club with no assistance given by anyone but the members of the club.

   ( Quite an achievement )

Now as an engineer you would like to know that the track itself is 250 metres on the race line 570 off it including grass .The front straight is about 60 meters the back straight about 40 metres , the cars can circulate around here in about 15 seconds .
The race direction is clock wise.

As the driver  you look down the straight you will notice that at the end we have a humm dinger of a sweeper banked to 10 degrees  oohh  yerrr, then back through the esses around another sweeper on the infield, leaving this we have a right hand corner up a rise of about 1/2 a meter to the back straight ,when leaving the back straight we enter another set of esses slightly down hill to a hard right onto the front straight
